Members in this service work in Libraries, Local Links and Public Relations and are responsible for Strategic Planning and Corporate Policy.

Northlincsnet is also part of the Service.

Joint Consultative Committee

The Strategic and Development Services Joint Consultative Committee consists of managers and stewards from our service and others in the same HR Group. The JCC is administered by our HR Adviser, Derek Coxon and Louisa Rae.The Committee, which meets approximately every two months is an opportunity for us to raise concerns on your behalf in relation to service conditions, health and safety etc. and for management to share information with us. Any issues that cannot be resolved at this level can be taken to the Corporate Consultative Group.
