(15/04/05) Members working in schools have voted by almost 9:1 to accept the package for implementation of Job Evaluation.
The changes will come into effect on 1 August and will be the final step in the introduction of Single Status in North Lincolnshire Council. Negotiations over compensation for back pay are ongoing.
As part of the negotiated package, the deferral of the annual pay award until November has been discontinued for all Council employees. This means that the award will be paid this month.
