Carol Mobbs - Welfare Officer

Carol has worked for North Lincolnshire Council and its predecessors for 28 years and for the last 10 years she has been the Unit Manager at De Lacy House.

She has been a member of the Union for 21 years and for the last 8 years has been the Welfare Officer as well as a Steward and a Health & SafetyRep.

As the Welfare Officer she is responsible for counselling members who may have  problems they wish to discuss. She advises them where to seekadvice with these problems and  offers  a sympathetic ear.

Carol also undertakes hospital visits, etc and can organise stays in a convalesant home if required. She sends flowers (or other appropriate gift) to memberswho are ill.

Carol is a member of both the CCC and CCG.
